I've been on Plaquenil for almost 2 wks now and I'm also taking Prednisone, could one of these be causing my extreme stomach cramps? 2 nights ago, I had a cheeseburger and mac and cheese and I thought I was going to die about 1 in the morning.     Oct 24, 2013 After just 4 days on Plaquenil, I had severe stomach cramps, no appetite, GERD pain, diarrhea and a migraine. Not sure that the migraine was related but it happened on day 4.     Hi, I was diagnosed with RA and was put on sulfa, my rheumy tried adding mtx but i had awful side effects so am now on hydroxychloroquine and sulfa..this combination worked for anyone?
